Pipe rehabilitation

CIPP lining & spincasting.

Two methods for renewing existing pipe. PEAK evaluates the asset condition, dimensions, access, and project requirements before recommending an approach.

CIPP lining

Cured-in-place pipe lining

A liner is installed and cured inside the existing pipe, creating a new lining without excavating the full pipe run.

Applications: Rehabilitation of suitable sewer and stormwater pipes where access and surface disruption are important considerations.

Project approach: Inspection and cleaning establish the pipe condition. Liner selection, installation, curing, and final inspection follow project-specific requirements.

Spincasting

Spincasting pipe rehabilitation

A rotating application head distributes lining material inside the prepared pipe. The lining system and thickness are selected for the asset and rehabilitation requirements.

Applications: Rehabilitation of suitable storm drains, culverts, and large-diameter sewer pipes while limiting disturbance above ground.

Project approach: Surface preparation, controlled lining application, curing, and inspection support the specified rehabilitation scope.

These methods are not interchangeable for every pipe. PEAK coordinates the field assessment and technical review needed to determine suitability.
